President

Todd joined CBMC in 2010 after successful careers in sales, finance, and operations in several industries. His leadership experience prior to joining CBMC includes major corporations: Conesco, YC Worldwide and Nalco Chemical. Today, as the President CBMC, Todd leverages his significant experience in finance and administration to create success for customers. Todd lives in Indianapolis with his wife and two sons. He is involved with several organizations including Financial Executives International, Central Indiana Tennis Association, and Carmel Dad’s Club Coaching.

Operations

Prior to joining CBMC in 2012, Deanna worked at a local public accounting firm as an auditor primarily for the manufacturing and construction industry. Upon arrival at CBMC, she led the day-to-day accounting operations. As time has progressed, she has moved herself into the lead role for both accounting and operations. Deanna has versed herself in learning the industry as well as using organization, self-management, and leadership skills to adapt CBMC to ongoing changes. Deanna is married with three children. She is heavily involved in athletics from the youth to the high school programs in her community.

Sales

Russ joined CBMC in 2004 after working with several commercial and industrial energy management organizations, including Honeywell and NIPSCO. His expertise in energy management combined with years of experience as a regional sales manager has uniquely positioned him to understand customers’ immediate needs as well as the long-term impact of the decision they make. He graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Industrial Management and Industrial Engineering.

For more than 30 years, Pete has been a sales and technical leader in the lighting industry with expertise in retail lighting, national rollout logistics and architectural interface. Throughout his career with various lighting companies, he has successfully opened more than 600 stores on-time because of his commitment to successful design, purchasing, and logistics. Pete is a Lighting Certified Progessional (LC) and a Certified Document Technologist (CDT) by the Construction Specifications Institute.

Rob joined CBMC Lighting Solutions in 2012, after an extensive career in management. Previously, he held positions as the Senior Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, a board member of Bridges to Success, and a United Way Campaign Coordinator. Rob was also tasked with budget forecasting, fiscal accountability, and program execution in several of these positions. In 2009, he earned his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, broadening his management, business strategy, and problem solving skills. He is committed to providing customers with superior lighting design, at the best price, and with excellent service.

Matt joined CBMC in 2001 in a sales position. He has spent almost his entire career in the lighting industry. After two years in the electrical trade, he did domestic and international technical sales for a manufacturer of foam and fiberglass spraying equipment based out of Indianapolis. Since coming to CBMC in early 2001 he has focused on building and maintaining relationships with contractors, engineers, architects and other specifiers throughout the Midwest . When he is not selling , he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and engaging in volunteer work.

Sales

Lynn has 29 years of experience spanning both project management and sales. Her combined perspective gives her a wealth of knowledge to comprehensively understand customer needs, problem solve, understand business strategy, and deliver the customer the best solutions. Being a solutions provider has taken her down a path of not only understanding lighting, controls, switchgear, but energy management as well. Lynn’s experience uniquely positions her to assess customers needs and take them from lighting concept and design through the entire construction process. She has opened more than 2,000 projects on-time because of her commitment to national rollout logistics, architectural collaboration, providing superior lighting design, and procurement proficiency.

Sales

Ivano has more than 27 years of management experience that spans both the retail construction and lighting industries. This combined perspective has given him a wealth of knowledge to comprehensively understand customer needs and deliver them with the best solutions. Throughout his career, he has standardized policies and procedures that are considered industry-leading. Ivano is a graduate of Westchester Community College and lives in New York with his wife of 26 years. He enjoys hunting, the outdoors, sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Ed began his career in the lighting industry before he even graduated with his degree, doing mechanical drawings for light fixture manufacturers. After a few years of working in lighting manufacturing and distribution, he went out on his own to do stage and studio lighting for theatres and schools, which earned him a Tony Award for his lighting of two musicals on Broadway. Today, as the Vice President of National Accounts with CBMC, Ed serves customers with the highest regard for their experience with their lighting design and supply. Ed has been married for 45 years, has two beautiful grown daughters, and three wonderful grandchildren.

Mike joined CBMC in May of 2021. A 12-year veteran of the lighting industry and a graduate of the University of San Francisco, Mike’s specialty is calling on National Accounts and the Specification Community. He has been a successful sales professional throughout his career in both the lighting and plumbing industries.

The overriding theme in his success has been building personal relationships with his clientele. He is an active listener who presents attractive messages that engage and compel customers to engage with him.

Mike resides in Plam Desert, CA and loves the outdoors, especially when riding his mountain bike with his daughter, son, and grandson.

Sales

Kevin has been in the lighting business since 2019 and has been working with CBMC since 2020. Kevin specializes in multifamily and commercial projects. Prior to entrenching himself in the lighting world, Kevin had been an entrepreneur, owning and operating his own business for 14 years. He still carries that entrepreneurial spirit today in the way that he treats his customers. Kevin’s customers and their satisfaction is always his number one priority.

Kevin is based out of our Indianapolis office. He lives in Fishers, IN with his wife, two children and their dog and enjoys spending as much time with his family as he can.

Darryl joined CBMC in 2022 and has over 20 years of lighting experience in distribution, design, and national account management. Darryl has over 40 years of sales experience and worked for manufactures and financial service companies like American Express and Morgan Stanley. He has worked with electricians, general contractors, national retailers, and restaurant chains, as well as architects and engineers. When he isn’t working, he likes to spend time with his family, and golfing, boating as well as traveling.

Rosaleigh has been in the lighting business for over 19 years. She joined CBMC in 2004. She attended Indiana State University where she earned her BS in Accounting. Rosaleigh has learned the lighting world by working in accounting, project management, inside sales and now outside sales. Attention to detail, enthusiastic attitude, diligent work ethic and superior customer service are what drives her each day to provide the best experience for her customers. Rosaleigh enjoys spending time outdoors and in the kitchen with her husband and 4 children. Coaching youth sports, involvement in community activities, as well as being involved in the PTO at the schools keep her busy outside of work.
